Add or Change a Department's Record in the UAA Directory

Service Description

This service is used for making changes to the online UAA departments directory.

Eligibility

Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Name of record being adjusted
  • Purpose for record change
  • Authorized approval from department management/administration if request does not come from the individual whose account is being added, changed, or removed
