Support for Issues with Calendars

Service Description

This service is for reporting an issue with Google, Exchange, or 25Live calendar. Example issues include things not showing up on your calendar, inability to access a shared calendar, etc.

Eligibility

Students, Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Name or owner of impacted calendar
  • Calendar type (e.g. shared, team, group, individual)
