Routine Technician Site Visit (RTSV)

Service Description

This service is used to set up recurring onsite support from Desktop Services or Audio Visual Services.

Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Any tasks to be scheduled for the RTSV
  • Building(s) and room(s) where support will occur
  • Description of equipment
  • Equipment service tags and serial numbers, where applicable
  • Org and Fund numbers for pre-approved equipment purchases
