This service is used to request assistance from Desktop Services to investigate possible virus infections or compromises of equipment by malicious software programs. Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Symptoms exhibited by computer that indicate possible infection
  • What you were doing on the computer when the symptoms first appeared
