Support for Issues with Electronic Door Access

Service Description

This service is used to report when physical access to one or more security card accessed doors is not working. Vendors/contractors completing work on behalf of the university should contact their UAA sponsor to help facilitate this ticket submission.

Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Building(s) and room(s) where access is not working
  • Cardholder information (e.g. name, username, ID number
  • A specific description of the error that is occurring
  • Date and time of attempted access
