Service Description

Report an issue with a University phone. This is problems with a physical phone or software used to make calls using a phone number such as Jabber.

Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Org and Fund numbers used for the phone(s) experiencing issues
  • Building(s) and room(s) where the phone(s) are located
  • Phone make/model
  • Steps to replicate problem
  • Troubleshooting performed
