Add or Change Network Device

Service Description

This service is used to request a new network device, changes or updates to an existing device, or the decommission of a device. This request is for both wired and WiFi devices.

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Building and room where the device needs to be added or is currently located
  • Purpose of the request
  • Date by which the request needs to be completed
