Support for Issues with University Networks

Service Description

This service is used to report a network issue, either with wired network connectivity or WiFi.

Eligibility

Students, Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Scope of impact (i.e. number of people affected)
  • Building(s) and room(s) affected
  • Network type (e.g. wired network, UAA WiFi - Anchorage, UAA WiFi - Guest)
  • MAC address(es) of affected device(s), if known
  • IP address(es) of affected device(s), if known
  • Steps to replicate (i.e. what you were doing when the error occurred)
  • Troubleshooting steps performed, if any
