Support for Issues with AV Equipment

Service Description

Request assistance for AV equipment in a University room that is not working correctly.

Such as,

  • AV Control panel is not working
  • A bulb in a projector is dim, giving a warning, or has failed
  • Devices screen is not appearing on the display

Eligibility

Students, Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Building and room number where equipment is located
  • Details about what is not working
    • Button on Control Panel
    • Connection type (e.g. HDMI, VGA, network)
    • Device type (e.g. Mac, PC, mobile, etc.)
  • Indication of whether or not this should be treated as a work stoppage (e.g. an active class session or meeting is impacted)
  • Department Org/Fund if this is not a centrally scheduled service
