Device Not Displaying on the Display

Service Description

This service is used to request support for when a device isn't displaying properly in a classroom or meeting space through a projector or other display device.

Eligibility

Students, Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Building and room number where equipment is located
  • Connection type (e.g. HDMI, VGA, network)
  • Device type (e.g. Mac, PC, mobile, etc.)
  • Indication of whether or not this should be treated as a work stoppage (e.g. an active class session or meeting is impacted)
