Support for Issues with a Video or Web Conference

Service Description

This service is used to request assistance with issues related to connectivity of a video or web conference.

Eligibility

Students, Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Building and room where conference is being held
  • Which service is being used (e.g. Zoom, VCS, Hangouts, Teams, Skype etc.)
  • Indication of whether or not this should be treated as a work stoppage (e.g. an active class session or meeting is impacted)
