Update Version of Application in Software Center

Service Description

This service is used to request application available in the software center be updated. This can include small, incremental updates to versions of software or major updates that include significant changes between releases.

Eligibility

Faculty, Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Point of contact for billing related expenses to software licenses/subscriptions (if any)
  • Campus where computer(s) are located requiring updates
  • Software titles and vendor names
