Unmanage Device in IT Monitoring System

Service Description

This service is used to request a device or devices be unmanaged in the IT monitoring system. This is typically done when maintenance will be performed on devices that could potentially cause alerts.

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • Hostname of device
  • IP address of device
  • Reason for unmanaging the device
  • Duration to unmanage the device
