Update an Existing Knowledge Article

Overview

 

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://uaa.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/36/Portal/KB/
  2. In the upper right corner of the browser click Sign In.
  3. In the Knowledge Base navigate, or search to the applicable article.
  4. Click Edit Article.
  5. Under the Content section edit the desired content. When complete click Save Draft.
  6. Click the Settings section.
  7. Review the following, and update them as required:
    • Category
    • Summary
    • Tags
  8. Select the Next Review Date field.
    • Enter a date one (1) year from the current date.
  9. Click Save.
